CIRANOVA
WAX STAIN
PRODUCT
INFORMATION
A
traditional liquid water wax made from natural ingredients like
African beeswax,
candellilla wax and natural colours. It is biodegradable.
The wax
content contributes to the shine, it gives a natural colouring and
finish to all interior
wood.
USE
CIRANOVA
WAXSTAIN is suitable to finish white wood like pine and also gives
an antique appearance on oak or
ash. Afterwards, use CIRANOVA QUALITY WAX
or CIRANOVA LIQUID WAX.
PREPARATION
• Before
use, sand the wood very well.
•
Remove sanding dust.
USER TIPS
• Stir
well before use.
• Spread
the wax stain over the surface by paintbrush, cloth or spray gun.
Remove the
surplus from edges and corners (to avoid possible bleeding).
• Leave
to dry for two hours at room temperature, then polish with fine
steel
wool,
buffing brush or cloth.
• On
some woods a better result is achieved if 20 % water is added.
DRYING
TIMES
• Cloth
coat : 2 hours at room temperature.
• Spraying
coat : 4 hours at room temperature.
STORAGE
• Keep
CIRANOVA WAXSTAIN free from frost.
• Storage
: not longer than 1 year in a cool place.
• Shake
well before use.
AFTER
TREATMENT
• When
dry, polish with fine steel wool, buffing brush or cloth.
• Afterwards
use CIRANOVA LIQUID WAX or CIRANOVA QUALITY WAX as
desired.

• Colours
are intermixable.

before use. The result can vary from wood to wood.
