CIRANOVA
FRENCH POLISH
PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
A mixture
of natural Indian gum-lac with white ethyl alcohol.
USE
For
expensive or hard woods.
Application
: rubber.
Apply
several layers until a high shine is achieved.
PREPARATION
Sand wood
well beforehand.
DIRECTIONS
FOR USE
This is a
professional product.
Firstly, a
grain filler can be applied if necessary, load the rubber with a
little French polish
and alcohol and rub in a circular motion. Repeat until rubber is
dry.
If further
coats are required leave to dry over night and repeat above.
A
mirror-like shine can be achieved if desired.
It is
important to aid the flow of the rubber by adding a little alcohol
(meths).
DRYING
TIME
Allow 24
hours between each coat.
AFTER
TREATMENT
Once a
sufficient shine has been obtained a wax polish can be applied.

SPECIAL
QUALITIES
Due to the
labor-intensive nature of this product it is normally used for
exotic/expensive woods.
It can be
used as a priming-coat after staining. Wax or varnish can be
applied on top.
